1. Tuy nhiờn để đề tài trờn được thực hiện một cỏch hiệu quả thỡ đũi hỏi cú sự đầu tư cụng phu của người dạy, sự tớch cực của người học và sự quan tõm, liờn kết chặt chẽ giữa cỏc cấp, cỏc ban, ngành trong và ngoài nhà trường. Ngoài ra tổ chức cuộc thi Tài Năng Tiếng Anh trong dạy học cần phải được tiến hành thường xuyờn, liờn tục để hỡnh thành thúi quen học tập của cả thầy và trũ. 2. Hiệu quả đem lại + Hiệu quả về mặt kinh tế: Với sự hướng dẫn tận tỡnh của cỏc thầy cụ giỏo, cựng với sự hỗ trợ của cụng nghệ thụng tin – mạng Internet, việc tổ chức cuộc thi Tài Năng Tiếng Anh trong dạy học ngoại ngữ mang lại hiệu quả kinh tế rất lớn cho cả người dạy lẫn người học. Đặc biệt đối với người học – cỏc em học sinh, cỏc em khụng phải mất hàng triệu, thậm chớ chục triệu đồng để đi tới cỏc trung tõm Anh ngữ với mục đớch được giao tiếp trực tiếp với người nước ngoài, từ đú cải thiện năng lực giao tiếp Tiếng Anh của mỡnh. + Hiệu quả về mặt xó hội: Sử dụng cuộc thi Tài Năng Tiếng Anh trong dạy học Tiếng Anh mang khụng chỉ mang lại hiệu quả về mặt kinh tế mà cũn cả về mặt xó hội. Việc sử dụng Tiếng Anh để núi về cỏc vần đề thời sự đang diễn ra hàng ngày cũng như giới thiệu về đất nước, con người Việt Nam tới bạn bố năm chõu, giỳp cho kỹ năng nghe núi của cỏc em cú sự chuyển biến rừ rệt. Qua hoạt động dạy học ấy, người học cú cơ hội thể hiện sự sỏng tạo của bản thõn, hỡnh thành kỹ năng làm việc nhúm, kỹ năng phõn tớch, tổng hợp thụng tin, kỹ năng khai thỏc và sử dụng cụng nghệ thụng tin trong thuyết trỡnh, kỹ năng lónh đạo VI. Đỏnh giỏ lợi ớch thu được: - Lợi ớch xó hội: Sỏng kiến gúp phần nõng cao chất lượng dạy và học Tiếng Anh trong nhà trường phổ thụng núi riờng và phong trào học ngoại ngữ của Tỉnh nhà núi chung. Nõng cao năng lực sử dụng Tiếng Anh của thế hệ học sinh - nguồn nhõn lực đầy tiềm năng của tương lai, gúp phần vào sự phỏt triển của Tỉnh nhà - một tỉnh cú tiềm năng phỏt triển du lịch mạnh mẽ trong giai đoạn hiện nay. - Lợi ớch giỏo dục: 20
2. + Đối với học sinh: Biết sử dụng Tiếng Anh khụng chỉ trong mụi trường lớp học, trong nhà trường mà cũn trong thực tiễn cuộc sống. Cỏc em cú cơ hội phỏt triển một cỏch toàn diện, phỏt huy được năng lực sở trường của bản thõn. + Đối với giỏo viờn: Thụng qua cỏc hoạt động dạy và học qua cuộc thi tài năng tiếng anh , giỏo viờn cũng cú cơ hội nõng cao khả năng giao tiếp bằng Tiếng Anh, mở rộng kiến thức của bản thõn về cỏc lĩnh vực của đời sống xó hội. + Đối với ngành giỏo dục: Chất lượng dạy và học Tiếng Anh được cải thiện và nõng cao rừ rệt, gúp phần đạt mục tiờu của Đề ỏn Ngoại ngữ Quốc gia 2020.
